Have your heard of a SCOBY? Probiotic wellness? Gut Healing Magic Elixirs? No?
Well then this class is perfect for you! We will teach you the in's and outs of brewing Kombucha at home with the help of our local Lake Macquarie Kombucha Guru's - Pura Vida Organics.
In this workshop we will start from the very basics and offer step by step instructions to help you get brewing right away.
We will also briefly discuss the science of fermentation, probiotics and prebiotics, and a little bit about your gut and the bacteria that can help keep it happy.
Every participant will receive their own Kombucha SCOBY and kit, as well as a recipe to take home.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to the venue so we can all get acquainted.
