Step into a supportive space to refresh your skills or learn the basics of cooking.

We’re teaming up with Kai’Lani Z for Home Cook 101, a workshop series designed to make every kitchen feel more approachable.

In this 3-week workshop, you’ll learn practical food safety and preservation techniques, build smarter grocery shopping habits, and explore realistic, feasible, and sustainable approaches to meal planning.

Class Breakdown:

WEEK 1: Learn The Basics

Get organized and set yourself up for success! Personalize your own recipe and resource folder filled with helpful tools to guide your cooking journey.

WEEK 2: Apply What We Learned

Put your new knowledge to work! Create a refreshing herb and citrus syrup, then turn kitchen scraps into a homemade, kitchen-safe cleaner.

WEEK 3: Let’s Cook Together

Bring it all together as we collaborate on a recipe or go head-to-head in a friendly cooking competition. Your group gets to choose the challenge in Week 2!

Choose Your Class Series

Each series includes three classes:

MONDAY SERIES
October 26 • November 2 • November 9

OR

FRIDAY SERIES
October 30 • November 6 • November 13

Choose the schedule that works best for you! Each series covers the same material, so you only need to register for one.

Come hungry! A meal will be provided at every class.
