Mulloon Farm Tour - Bungendore, NSW
Event description
Join us on 31 March 2023 as we welcome you for a Home Farm Community Tour.
Our Home Farm Tours are for communities and groups keen to learn about our approach to restoring and rehydrating landscapes. We introduce landscape rehydration principles and explain their relationship with regenerative practices adopted by communities to build resilience, sustainability and restore ecosystems.
We visit sites that demonstrate landscape rehydration strategies and tactics and discuss the scientific rigor underpinning our approach that can restore water cycle function and improve productivity and ecological outcomes. Spend time outdoors learning to read the landscape and view and discuss landscape rehydration and restoration from the individual property to whole-of-landscape scales.
Tours can include a walk along an ephemeral creek and rehabilitated wetlands, contour systems along treed hilltops, pilot project sites and the latest designs of in-stream structures.
$75 per person
