Event description

Finding the balance between chaos and order

Organising our home is much more than putting order in our drawers. To make sustainable change, we first need to understand why we struggle with keeping a clean and orderly home. Only after, we can start changing habits and beliefs, and ultimately find the balance between order and chaos.

During this session you will learn:

• Why we need both – order and chaos – in our lives

• The psychology of hoarding and OCD

• The Principles of Order and universal rules for home organisation

• How to use decluttering as self-care and to motivate yourself

• Practical tips for organising your home ....and more!
