Home Stretch Symposium 2025

With over 5000 young people now benefitting from extended care to 21, this highly anticipated Symposium will focus on the additional supports needed for young people to achieve successful transitions from care to adulthood.

Topics will include accessing sustainable housing, employment and education, the role of government in the ongoing support, and further policy reform for care leavers. 

The symposium will bring together a diverse range of experts, policy makers and the lived voice, to explore the successes, innovations and further reform to supporting care leavers in Australia.
