You are invited to join the department to discuss the Homebush TOD rezoning proposal now on exhibition. We are hosting community in-person sessions at WOTSO, Level 1-W5, 5 George St, North Strathfield, on Saturday 27 July 2024, 10am - 4pm. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the proposal with planners in one of six sessions.

Session times:

  • 10am - 10.45am
  • 11am - 11.45am
  • 12pm - 12.45pm
  • 1.15pm - 2pm

  • 3.15pm - 4pm

Each 45 minute session will give you the opportunity to discuss the proposal with our planners and ask your questions.

Alternatively, you can join our online information session.

The Homebush TOD rezoning proposal will help deliver more diverse and well-located homes close to jobs, transport, and other amenities, and builds upon the vision for Homebush outlined in the Parramatta Road Corridor Urban Transformation Strategy

Key features of the draft rezoning proposal are outlined on the Homebush precinct page.

View the proposal and supporting documents and make a submission online on the NSW Planning Portal.
