Homecoming is for any women who’s been moving through the world disconnected from her body.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, soften, and come home.

Through gentle movement, stillness, and simple but powerful practices, you’ll be supported to reconnect with sensation, breath and the quiet knowing that lives inside you.

We’ll move, rest, reflect, share, and be witnessed — all in a space that’s safe, slow, and softly held.

This is an intimate gathering, with a maximum of 12 women, so that each person can feel seen, supported and spacious.

There’s no expectation, no performance, and nothing to get right. Just the invitation to come back to yourself.
