- Connect with sound as Michael will take you through a sound journey using many instruments including sound bowl, guitar, native american flute, shamanic drum, tongue drum + more.

- Michael will guide you back by performing a song to bring you back into the space.

🌳 Integration

- A practice without integration is soon forgotten. We will help integrate you back into the space to help align your new practice.

What To Bring:
Yourself, a water bottle, a blanket, pillow (to get reaaaal cosy) + a yoga mat if you have one.
