We need your help to bring compassion and connection back to the streets of our big town. At 7PM on June 18, join us on a comprehensive exploration of the ACT Homelessness issue. Hear from leading experts in the area of homelessness.

The night will identify four ‘lenses’ to view homelessness through: the reality on the ground, health, systemic homelessness and the power of a conversation. Each of our speakers (to be announced later this week!) are professionals in their respective areas, and all have powerful insights into changing the way we think about homelessness, those experiencing homelessness and the ways each of us can help.

The night will also include the premier of a documentary into Homelessness in Canberra by the Mobilise ACT team, where you’ll get to hear from those living on our streets. Finally, a Q&A session at the end will mean you can clarify any questions you might have.

It will be an intense night, but we believe that the most important thing any of us can do is to start a conversation about the issue of homelessness. Let’s get this back on the Canberra radar. After all, homelessness is perhaps the most blatant breach of human rights that we Canberra's claim to champion.
