What’s it all about?

Ever wondered if homemade ghee is really worth it?

In this hands-on session, you’ll learn how to turn butter into rich, golden ghee—simple, satisfying, and far cheaper than buying it off the shelf. We’ll taste and compare homemade and store-bought versions so you can judge the difference for yourself (no guessing, just butter-based truth).

Then we’ll get our hands into dough and make soft, fresh roti together—because ghee deserves something warm to land on.

What will we cover?

In this class, you’ll:

Learn how to make ghee from scratch
Taste homemade vs store-bought ghee
Make and cook fresh roti together

Walk away with a few new skills, and a slightly higher standard for what “good” tastes like.
