Homemade Healthy Kimchi

Once you have accomplished this workshop you will walk away knowing just how easy it is to make your very own fermented kimchi.

We will aspire to make three versions:
Napa cabbage
Daikon radish and
Choko kimchi

Its versatility is amazing, apart from eating some fermented healthy food with every meal possible to improve your gut health, you can spice up your scrambled eggs or make kimchi pancakes or soup.
There are lots of options to use up a homemade batch of this lovely healthy Korean food. We will talk about it, make it, taste it and take some home.

What to bring:
* 3 x clean glass jars
* Cutting board,
* Sharp knife,
* Vegetable peeler,
* Apron

Participation Cost - $10 - $20 self-assessed sliding scale.
