A little about us....

Angela Nicholson

Homeopathy has truly transformed my life. I struggled with poor health during my childhood, and when I discovered homeopathy, it felt like the right thing at the right time. Over the years, it's restored my health and helped me embrace my uniqueness. It’s also helped me appreciate the uniqueness of others, especially those who come together at events like this.

I’m based in Narrabeen, and I have three mostly grown-up children. I’ve been using homeopathy for 27 years and practicing as a homeopath for 11 years. In addition to homeopathy, I practice The Focusing Technique, which has helped me explore my inner self and gain a deeper understanding of what true health really means. I’m aware that we are made up of mind, body, and spirit, and when these three aspect of our being are in balance, AND we release what no longer serves us, we can further tap into our inner power and be our authentic selves in the world. The Focusing Technique is, in my experience, is one of the most powerful process I know for letting go of what no longer serves us and therefore removes barriers to us being our best version of ourselves.

Steph Barbieri

Steph's intention is to provide space and sound for healing and meditation, to help people drop deep into meditation after yoga. She trained with Tim from Source 88 in October 2023 and immediately connected with the intuitive modality of producing sound with crystal bowls. Her collection includes a full set of 14 bowls, all chakral connections, including the earth and soul star, allowing for a harmony of frequency.

Steph is a Northern Beaches-based yoga teacher whose teachings range from kids to adults in aerial yoga, vinyasa, and yin yoga. She facilitates sound baths with a full set of 14 high-quality crystal bowls, allowing for a complete immersion into the sound journey.
