Honestly, Us: When Your Desires Don’t Match

Practical tools for navigating different levels of desire

Discover what sparks desire for each of you, and explore more of what you both enjoy.

You’ve built a life together. Between work, family and everything that keeps the week moving, a little time to get curious about each other can go a long way.

Perhaps you miss how easily desire used to show up. Perhaps one of you feels interested more often, or you’ve noticed that different things help you get in the mood.

This evening is an opportunity to understand those differences and discover practical ways to make room for intimacy in your everyday life.

Join Clinical Psychosexual Therapist and TEDx presenter Lauren Muratore for a live online session exploring what shapes desire and how to navigate it together. What you’ll explore

How desire works: the different ways interest can arise and how it can change over time.
What helps it show up: the role of everyday circumstances, experiences and personal preferences.
How to talk about it: sharing what you enjoy, asking useful questions and listening with curiosity.
Ways forward together: making space for intimacy that respects each person’s needs, pace and boundaries.

The focus is on understanding what works for each of you and finding possibilities you’re both interested in exploring.Who it’s for
