This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Children of all ages are fascinated by nature. In this workshop, we’ll create one of nature’s most important creatures – honey bees – while learning about their form and segments.

This is a great opportunity for children to explore the properties of our salvaged materials in order to select the best materials to replicate key parts of a honey bee’s anatomy such as legs, wings, eyes and their signature yellow bands.

About Reverse Garbage Queensland School Holidays Workshops

Our workshops demonstrate how to use clean industrial discards to create amazing works of art! Children will learn something new, think outside the box and take home a special creation they will love to play with through the holidays! Our experienced facilitator will suggest age appropriate ideas to challenge and engage participants.

Tickets cost $20 plus a small booking fee. Purchase two or more tickets and receive a 10% discount on your order.

It's more fun when you're making with friends – invite friends to register through Facebook!
