Chef's Garden Hong Kong is coming to Melbourne!

Melbourne's North Food Group and Global Victoria, in partnership with Export Connect, is excited to host a key buyer from Chef's Garden Hong Kong on an inbound buyer mission to Melbourne on Friday, 6th June 2025! ✈️

Export Connect's Founding Director Najib Lawand, along with the buyer from Chef's Garden, will deliver a free Hong Kong Market Insights & Networking Session for Victorian food, beverage and agribusinesses.

This session will include up-to-the-minute F&B, consumer and channel trends along with an overview of Chef's Garden Hong Kong. This will be followed by a Q&A panel and an opportunity to network with the buyer from Chef's Garden, as well as other food and beverage businesses and stakeholders in the room.

• Venue: Novotel Melbourne Preston, 215 Bell St, Preston VIC 3072. Function Room – Courtyard 4

PLEASE NOTE: Seats are limited, and priority will be given to Victorian Australian food and agribusinesses. As such, we are unable to accommodate registrations from Melbourne-based consolidators for this event. Given the event room capacity, a maximum of 2 representatives per company can attend. 

This session is tailored for Victorian manufacturers of packaged food and beverages seeking connection with Chef's Garden Hong Kong. After registration closes on Friday 30th May 2025, you will receive a calendar invite with the date, time and venue. 

PARKING: Parking is accessible via Bell Street and Hotham Street. All guests will receive complimentary parking (excluding overnight parking for accommodation guests) in the Novotel Melbourne Preston underground parking area accessed via Hotham Street. They will need to then register their vehicle through a QR code which will be available in the function space during the event. It is an automated system so there are no tickets required. When guests are leaving, the system will scan their number plate and the gate will open.

Please note the QR code is valid for Novotel Preston Underground parking only and vehicles parked in any other area will incur standard charges.
