Honolulu Horror Nights: September Film Screening Event
Honolulu Horror Nights hosts monthly film screenings of independent, international, and art-house horror films. Our next film was chosen by the audience at last month's event! Film descriptors: Cannibals, Coming of Age, Body Horror, Drama, French.
On the night of the event, the Other Side Diner, which is across the street from the venue, will give you 10% off your order! Please feel free to bring food into the event. Snacks and drinks will be for sale, as well as original art made for Honolulu Horror Nights by independent artists.
This is a donation-based, not-for-profit event. Although we encourage $15+ per ticket, we will accept any donation. On Humanitix, we require at least a $5 donation for a pre-sale ticket. Free tickets will be available on the day of the event. Please keep in mind that all proceeds go to paying the workers and sponsoring the next event - your donations keep this event running!
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Horror movie fans can connect, grab a drink/snack, and build community, before the movie! We will also be hosting horror movie trivia/games and the winner(s) will get a special, spooky prize! We encourage people of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities to attend. We intend for this space to be inclusive, kind, and supportive.
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
The film screening! Seats and tables will be provided. Please feel free to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable. Food is also available for purchase throughout Chinatown (10% off at Other Side Diner!) and can be brought into the venue. Snacks will be for sale at the event (popcorn is free!), as well as drinks from NextDoor. Official Honolulu Horror Nights merchandise and art will also be for sale.
9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Connecting with others and discussion about the film is highly encouraged! Mahalo for your support!
