Join a conversation led by June Miller that honors Indigenous Peoples here in New England.
The topic is Firsting and Lasting: The exclusion of native people's cultural survival in the narratives of nineteenth century town histories and commemorations. We will show a short video featuring the Nipmuc people—a sovereign Indigenous tribe with deep roots in what is now central Massachusetts.

- Where can I park? Is the building handicapped accessible?
Free street parking is available in Berlin’s town center. Accessible parking is available at 19 Carter, adjacent to a walkway that leads to the lower level which has a lift as well as accessible restrooms available for public use. There is a changing table in one of the restrooms as well.
