Do you have an olive tree in your backyard? On your nature strip? Or know of some olive trees in your neighbourhood that need some love?
Come along to have your olives identified & learn whether they are ideal for oil pressing or better for brining, salting or preserving.
Legendary Lina & Tony of Rosecreek Estate​ have between them 2 lifetimes of experience with olives ready to share with you.
Bring 2 kilos of olives from your tree or neighbourhood (make sure you check with the neighbours!) & come learn how to brine & salt.
Brining kits of a 5-litre bucket + 1 kilo of Mount Zero Pink Lake Salt available for an additional $15.
