    Event description

Due to covid, this workshop has been cancelled. Please contact contact@adsei.org for future opportunities.

Teachers! Learn to build STEM into your classroom practice by empowering students to solve authentic problems in their own communities. You don't need robots or 3D printers to do STEM, you need to want to solve problems and understand the world! The Australian Data Science Education Institute is a registered charity that specialises in building engaging projects that give kids a reason to learn STEM skills. Teachers of all disciplines and year levels will find this workshop transformative.

Build Critical Thinking, Data Literacy, and STEM skills by showing your students how to use them to solve meaningful problems.

You will leave the workshop with projects that are ready to run, as well as the tools you need to build your own projects tailored to your classes and community. You'll also get ongoing support from ADSEI for building and refining your projects.

Please note if cost is an issue, contact us at contact@adsei.org, especially if you are from a low ICSEA/SES school.
