During this feel-good 4 week course we will be spinning some magic in the beautiful Thomas Hogan Reserve as we learn the art of Hoop Dance while listening to dreamy beats.You will be taught various tricks for hula hooping on your body, in your hands (and on your foot) as well as an introduction into spinning two hoops at the same time.
Giggles and smiles not only welcome; but guaranteed.

You will also be guided on how to combine a series of these tricks into a sequence of moves that flow into what is known as Hoop Dance.

After finding your groove at the end of each sesson, you will be invited to lay down and soak up some bliss as you are guided through a short 10 minute sound meditation to calm and soothe the nervous system with both tibetan and crystal singing bowls.
