This workshop is designed for intermediate levels, however beginners and advanced are always welcome and I will do my best to accommodate everyone.

Hi I’m Alex, I’m 25 years old and I’ve been hooping for about 7 years now.
To me, hooping is so much more than exercise, more than cool tricks, more than the plastic circle it might look like to some people. It can be a form of movement therapy, a physical release of emotions. Admittedly, it didn’t start out like that but once I had a few “tricks” up my sleeve, I soon found myself lost in this expressive dance I didn’t even realise I was doing and it felt so good! Fast forward a few years, I can honestly say these “plastic circles” have helped me through some of the toughest times. It’s brought me so much joy, confidence and has connected me with some wonderful people💕
