Hula hoop lessons for beginners
Event description
Hula hooping is a fun activity that can be done by just about anyone of any age, from 3 to 83. It will keep you pleasantly busy, whittle your waist, and get you moving to music!
All the hoops are supplied, and we'll not only do the classical waist hooping, but venture into arms, elbows and even ankles!
Lessons progress slowly but steadily, and you'll get to play with many different kinds in your hoop journey.
The main lesson lasts 45 minutes, with free play time at the end so you can go over your moves.
Wear clothes that fit snugly on your waist, and bring some water for the break. You can work barefoot, in trainers, in socks...the floor is polished cement. We work near big mirrored windows so you can get instant feedback on your moves!
Hooping is a lot of fun and can done almost anywhere. Be the star of your own show!
