    Event description

Welcome to the Hope, Connection & Wellbeing - A forum for Mental Health Carers event! Join us at the Western Suburbs League Club for a day filled with insightful discussions, support, and resources for mental health carers. This event aims to provide a safe space for carers to connect, share experiences, and learn about self-care practices. Come together with others who understand the challenges you face and find hope in a community that cares. Let's support each other on this journey towards better mental health and wellbeing.

*Please note this event is not for paid support workers from agencies, it is for Carers with lived experience in a mental health caring role.
