    Event description

Promotion of modern Ukrainian culture including art, music, posters, music videos with complementary food and drinks! Guests can bring plus one for free!
I have decided on a non-traditional format for the event as I would like to introduce Australians to modern Ukraine.

What should the guests expect on the night.
On the first level, you will see an exhibition of artists from Sydney of Australian and Ukrainian background whose work you will have an opportunity to purchase. There will also be an exhibition of war posters by Ukrainian artists, which will be shown to the public in Australia for the first time.
You will be able to participate in a raffle for your chance to win many amazing items including one professional photo session from The Photo Studio.
On the second level the guests will have the opportunity to step into multiple creative sets in Ukrainian colours and styles for mini photo sessions.
And while everyone is enjoying complimentary food and drinks, guests will also have the opportunity to become familiar with Ukrainian modern art through multiple projector installations including drawings and paintings made by not so famous Ukrainian artists and music videos from various Ukrainian singers.

All funds from the night will go to the “Foundation for United Nations - Help UA” fund organised by Christina Katrakis. This fund helps internally displaced people in Ukraine, so the amount of help needed is huge considering that since the beginning of war, Ukraine now has 12 million internally displaced people.
The fund has a base in Vorohta, Kyiv region, and they were already able to help thousands of people.

As you can see, I would like to show Australians what modern, young Ukraine is.
As a creative myself (my background is photography) I would like to introduce a wider audience to  modern and vibrant Ukraine.
We, Ukrainians, are so much more than "borsch and vodka", and modern Ukrainian culture deserves to have its own spot on everyone's radar.
