Hopes & Dreams: A Creative Journey for Kids 🌟✨

Every dream begins with hope! This FREE workshop invites kids aged 5-12 to explore their aspirations, build resilience, and express themselves through creative arts. Led by a qualified Creative Arts Therapist for Resilience and Recovery and supported by experienced mentors, children will:

🌿 Start with a warm-up – Get centred with a fun grounding exercise, play a name & movement game, and spark imagination with the “Pass the Dream” activity.

🎨 Map out their dreams – Through drawing, storytelling, and guided improvisation, kids will explore what they hope for and imagine their future selves.

🚀 Tackle challenges with creativity – Using movement, role play, and mask work, they’ll learn how to face obstacles and find their inner strength.

💌 Send a message to the future – Each child will write a letter (or draw a picture) to their future self and take part in a special group ritual to release their dreams into the world.

This playful and inspiring session helps kids build confidence, express emotions, and dream big in a fun, supportive space!
