When is the last time you tried something for the first time? Join us for a night of singing, sipping and smiling at Hops and Harmony, at The Bowl Boonah.
WHAT IS HOPS & HARMONY?
It’s been called “better than therapy”! H & H is an opportunity to sing with friends and strangers in a relaxed environment. There’s nothing to prepare, no experience or music-reading skills required. You’ll be taught a popular song on the night, just come along and have fun!
WHAT IF I CAN’T SING?
Sure you can! Shower singers welcome. Bring an open mind and you'll find a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. And if you completely suck, don’t worry, nobody is going to hear you anyway!
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE SONG?
Participating in H & H offers a unique and one-off experience that is not solely dependent on the choice of song. Make your night a place for connection and shared joy!
It's impossible to choose a single song that universally pleases everyone. Don’t get too caught up in song choice, the night is about bringing people together and creating a space of shared joy, camaraderie and connection.
MEET YOUR CONDUCTOR
JVMIE (Jamie Lee Wilson) is a Billboard and Aria charting singer/songwriter, artist and graduate of the QLD Conservatorium of Music. She's performed around the world, taught singing, and led choirs and vocal groups. She’s supported the likes of Kelly Rowland, David Guetta and Salt N Pepa. ”As a local artist, I'm passionate about connecting with the community and sharing my love of music. Let's make some magic happen!"
