The Heads of the River Regatta is on Saturday 25 March 2023.

The day prior to the regatta, all senior boy and girl rowers are bused up to Nagambie where they undertake training. It is an APS rule that only 1st and 2nd boy and girl crews out of all 11 APS schools are permitted to train the day prior to the regatta on the Nagambie weir.

Also on the Friday, parents of the senior rowers and committee members head to Nagambie to start setting up the massive marquee site, which will see over 400 rowers and spectators (just from our School!) gather together to celebrate this rowing finale! The set up can take a number of hours, and after the setup has been completed, all parents, committee members and helpers head to The Winery Kitchen in Seymour for a wonderful dinner.

In saying that, any parent who is in the Seymour area and would like to attend the dinner will be warmly welcomed!

During the evening and after the rowers' dinner has concluded, Principal Ashleigh Martin and Heads of School and Sport often make an appearance at the parent dinner to engage with parents and congratulate them on the significant contribution their children have made to the rowing program.

It's a wonderful evening and we hope, if you will be in the area, that you will book a ticket.

The dinner commences at 7.30 pm and usually concludes by 11.00 pm.

Refunds are offered up until 7 days prior to the dinner. Tickets can be transferred if you wish.
