We invite all the women who are experiencing hormonal challenges from puberty to post menopause to join us in a fun and interactive workshop to learn all about natural solutions no matter what season you are in.
With Morning tea, fun games, interactive discussions and DIYs there is something for everyone Plus a mini hormonal survival kit to take home!
