Horowhenua Women in Business Lunch - 10 March 2023

Join us on Friday 10th March for the third of our new lunch series.
We have timed this one to coincide with International Women’s Day and after the success of the last session at this venue, it is once again being held at Roadhouse Grill, 295 Oxford Street, Levin.

This is a new network, so we'd love you to share this information with other fabulous Women in Business in our region. 
 
The idea for the lunch is that it is an enjoyable informal meeting for local women in business. You will get to exchange ideas and information as we enjoy a meal together, get to know each other and find out about businesses operating in Horowhenua.
 
Our speaker on the day is the 2022 Kapiti-Horowhenua Business Hall of Fame recipient Letitia Montford.  Letitia and her husband Graham were recognised for their business excellence, leadership in Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Service to the community. 
 
Letitia is well known in Horowhenua for being the owner-operator of the Levin McDonald’s for over 25 years, but has been involved in a range of other business and community roles for many years. For example, in 2009 Letitia and Graham began fundraising to build a ‘Horowhenua Room’ in the new Ronald McDonald House in Wellington. Their efforts resulted in $130,000 raised from the Horowhenua community towards the build.  This incredible work, and its impact, demonstrates how good business can also be good for our community. 

Lunch is $25 which includes tea and coffee.
It is advised that due to limited space, you please get your booking in asap.
