3-day Horse & Human Neuro-regulation course

COURSE OVERVIEW

Our ability to regulate our nervous system and our horse’s nervous system has a substantial impact on emotional regulation, communication and relationships.

This 3 day horse and human neuro-regulation course will help you understand why and how the brain influences the nervous system and behaviour of horse and human. It will teach you effective strategies and solutions to identify, respond to and sustain neuro-regulation in you and your horse.

This course will give you the chance to learn and practice relaxation, practical neuro-regulation techniques for yourself and with horses, and build connection with people who think like you and share your perspective on the importance of empathy, growth and openness.

There are only 20 places available for this course.
4 of these places are reserved for participants who would like to bring their horse for a 3 day holiday and experience how to passively learn to relax away from home. This is a great experience for any participants who are travelling long distances and would like to stay on the premises for the duration of the course.

This course is unique in that it will be focused on active human learning and passive horse learning.

CM Training will provide the horses for all horse activities, so if you are a participant that is keen to bring your equine friend, we encourage you to see this as a wonderful opportunity for your horse to passively learn how to relax, share space with you and connect with you in a gentle passive way.

This course is offering participants the opportunity to camp at the Brain Training Centre grounds for the duration of the course, with or without a horse. There is also ample accommodation available in Toodyay’s townsite if you prefer not to camp but still need a place to stay. This is truly a great opportunity to combine learning with the experience of de-stressing and to just have fun in the process of learning.

Lunch, morning/afternoon tea and refreshments will be provided by CM Training.

Each participant will go home with a free brain training journal to continue on their brain training journey and a certificate of completion for their efforts.
