Event description

Horse SA are excited to be re-launching a series of Information Sessions for our equine community.

The first in the series 'Master your mind, master your riding', is a powerful and helpful session with Pam Reid sharing tips on how the mind works and how to train yourself and your thoughts to be a more confident rider or horse handler.

Pam is a an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master and Performance Coach, specialising in horse riders.

NLP gives you your power back. You get to clear your own baggage and access more clarity, safety and better outcomes that don't involve guess work on what actually makes a difference.

Would it be useful to get rid of competition nerves, fear of falling, or worrying about not being good enough?

Pam will share with you a range of mindset techniques to get the most out of your horse and your riding.

This session will be helpful for both horse riders and horse riding instructors. If you work with nervous riders, you will leave with some new information about how to help them move forward with confidence and certainty.

Pam has successfully helped clients by:

  • Removing fear after falls and accidents with horse riding
  • Confidence around competitions
  • Relaxation techniques for nerves and performance anxiety
  • Setting goals

This 1.5 hr session, held at Laratinga Pavilion behind Mt Barker Springs wetland 'Laratinga' will include coffee/ tea and biscuits.
