With a diverse background working with major corporations like Ford, Goodyear, Firestone, Bridgestone, Fonterra, and CSL, Dirk's expertise lies in implementing Lean practices in Automotive, Food, Dairy, and Pharmaceutical industries. He received one-on-one coaching from two Lean Sensei during his time at Bridgestone, gaining in-depth knowledge of Lean principles. Dirk's specializations include Statistical Process Control, Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri), TPM, and advanced communication systems. As the founder of Lean Sensei Consulting Pty Ltd, he continues to share his passion for Lean through part-time consulting work.
