You will collect your map with directions and details of the decorated houses by presenting your ticket at Kowhai House, 70 Havelock Street, Ashburton on Sunday 22nd November between 9.30am and 10.30am.
The Christmas Experience will proceed in any weather conditions. Houses are open from 10.00am with last entry at 1.45pm.
Children attending the event must be 16 years or over and will require a ticket for entry.
You may be required to remove your shoes before entering, we encourage slip on shoes.
Some areas of the homes will be cordoned off, please always respect the privacy and property of the homeowners.
There are no bathroom facilities for ticket holders on the properties. Please use public facilities along the route.
Some properties have steps, level changes and other limitations that make access unsuitable for visitors using wheelchairs.
Please respect the privacy and property of the homeowners. This includes not taking photos or videos and not entering any cordoned-off or restricted areas.
No pets please
Hospice MC and all homeowners take no responsibility for any hazards on the properties, please take care.
There are no refunds available, however you may gift you ticket if you are unable to make it on the day.
