Youth RESET is a social enterprise providing wellness programs and resources for youth and adults. All profits are re-invested into our programs which support and empower our future generations. We believe that wellbeing should be a priority in all settings and this requires trauma informed leadership that nurtures self-awareness, self-care and self-regulation. Our Vision is to provide opportunities where EVERYONE can learn to become calm, clear, and confident when needed.
