I am a qualified Mat Pilates teacher and specialize in the 'Centering' meditation technique, which is an ancient Vedic method that rishis (knowledgeable seers) taught their pupils over 5,000 years ago. I am passionate about all things wellbeing, nature and evolution and enjoy learning and sharing this valuable knowledge of the ancients, applied in current modern-day context.
I run online and in-person classes/ events/seminars/ workshops on Pilates, meditation, wellbeing, diet, posture and mindfulness to create awareness about this unique technique and the many benefits of naturality for our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
