Hi everyone, my name is Baillie and my approach is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and a belief that we are all light beings, deserving of lives that feel clear, vital and thriving.
My journey with yoga began in 2010 and after just a few classes, I experienced a profound sense of ease in the body and clarity in the mind. I studied for 3 months in India also. Ever since, I have been devoted to sharing yoga and mindful movement practices that support nervous system regulation, flexibility and reconnection to self.
I teach a Yin class at Bikram Yoga SC in Caloundra, Flow at Yoga by Kel in Moffat Beach and lead my own flow classes in Currimundi, creating experiences that help people restore balance, release tension and reconnect to their inner energy. My events often incorporate gentle flow, yin yoga, meditation and some sound healing, offering a holistic approach to wellbeing. I am a heart based sharer of kinesiology also, helping those remember their innate wholeness. Thank you for taking the time and reading a little about me.
