Cynthia J. Morton is the host and lead facilitator of The Emotional Fitness Retreat. She is the founder of Emotional Fitness Recovery, a multi-award-winning author, keynote speaker and certified Family and Systemic Constellations Facilitator with more than 30 years of experience in personal recovery and professional development.
Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Cynthia has developed a compassionate and practical approach to helping people better understand their emotions and navigate trauma, grief, addiction, adversity and significant life change.
Cynthia is known for creating warm, honest and non-judgemental environments in which people feel heard, respected and supported. Throughout the retreat, she will guide guests through meaningful Emotional Fitness sessions and practical exercises designed to strengthen self-awareness, emotional resilience and healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
