2. Facilitate growth that comes from reconnecting with our full selves - mind, body and spirit.
Workshops are facilitated by Rachel Chong, a certified Somatic Stress Release Practitioner, ICF-accredited Trauma-Informed Coach, with corporate experience as Head of People in the technology industry. She is a proud Hobart local and a keen outdoor adventurer.
