With over 12 years of experience in the health industry as a Myotherapist specialising in chronic pain, I've discovered that our bodies hold more than just physical stress. They also retain emotional and energetic tension, which can lead to discomfort and ailments. Through body energetics, we explore and address these blockages using physical touch, energetic techniques, and breathwork. This helps regulate your nervous system and clear issues on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual planes, enhancing your overall well-being and life.
A growth mindset empowers us to live authentically and embrace change. As a certified life and mindset coach, I foster openness, flexibility, and the drive to elevate every aspect of your life from okay to good, good to great, and from great to amazing. I love incorporating trance and consciously guided meditations, and I sprinkle growth mindset work throughout my individual and group sessions.
