*Doors open from 6.40pm to check in, receive an energetic clearing and to settle in. Please bring your own pillow, optional eye mask and anything comfortable - so you can relax into the experience.*
The Journey Inwards: A 2 hour immersive Breathwork, Meditation & Energetic Experience like no other.

Time: 7-9pm / arrival from 6.40pm-6.55pm
Step into a transformative 2 hour session where breathwork, somatics, body energetics, and conscious meditations merge to guide you inward. This immersive experience is designed to help you release physical, emotional, mental, and energetic tension, particularly in the chest, heart, and body, as reconnect with your breath & nervous system.
Hosted by Barney Mercer (Breathe into Life), Master Breathwork facilitator and Gemma Krumeich (Alive with Gem), Myotherapist, Mindset Coach & Body Energetics therapist. These group sessions will guide you through a process that shifts your nervous system from stress and fight-or-flight mode into a state of deep healing. You will experience enhanced mental clarity, reconnect with yourself, get back into your body and each time have a unique session to you. By realigning your head and body and reconnecting your heart and mind, you’ll find yourself in a more grounded and peaceful state. By allowing the body and heart the chance to be felt and acknowledged - we have the opportunity to heal and release emotional pains and blocks.
Our mission is simple: to create a nurturing space where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-healing, with expert guidance and support throughout the entire process.
In the midst of a busy life, this unique session offers a valuable opportunity to journey back to your inner self, experiencing expansion and freedom in mind, heart, body, and spirit. Embrace this time to reconnect, heal, and restore balance.
These group classes are suitable for men and women, over the age of 14.
What to Bring:
- Drink Bottle / Water
- Pillow or cushion
- Open mind
- Wear comfortable clothes, including socks (as shoes will be off and feet can get cold)
- Eye Mask (optional but recommended)
- Blanket (optional, we do have limited supply)
- Yoga Mat (optional, we do supply)
*Start time / Lock out: We understand that things can happens, but due to the nature of these events, it's important that guests arrive on time, doors open from 6.40pm. Latest entry will be 5min after 7pm.*
