John has years of senior sales, marketing and customer service commercial experience behind him with Optus and Nokia before pivoting 16 years ago to focus on his passion in meeting facilitation and communication skills training for organisations across Asia and Europe.
He has been with Mentoring Men for 4 years, commencing as a volunteer Mentor before utilising his skills to become the Training Manager to equip their volunteers with the skills required for effective, sustainable life mentoring. John is an accredited instructor in Mental Health First Aid, a qualified trainer in Wesley Lifeforce Suicide Prevention Training, a certified practitioner in Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI). He is the co-author of the Mentor Foundation Training program at Mentoring Men in Australia.
