Hey, I’m Kelly.
I’m a Holistic Psychotherapist & Trauma-Informed Breathwork Practitioner—but most importantly, I’m someone who deeply understands what it means to feel stuck in your mind, disconnected from your body, and yearning for something more.
Breathwork was my turning point. As someone who has always been analytical, I spent years trying to think my way through healing. But no matter how much insight I gained, something remained out of reach. Then I found breathwork, and for the first time, I didn’t just understand my emotions—I felt them move through me.
Now, I bring that same deep, embodied healing to others. Safety is at the heart of this work—not just through my trauma-informed training but through the warmth, realness, and deep care I bring into every session. Healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and accepted exactly as we are, and that is the space I create. I lead with authenticity, never pretending to have it all together, because I know that true healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about being real, feeling deeply, and allowing ourselves to be fully present in our experience.
