Lian Passmore is a Coach in the NZ Business Academy and is an AI strategist, facilitator, and founder of dreamstorm, an AI strategy and build studio. Combining more than 15 years' experience in leadership, learning, wellbeing and capability development with hands-on expertise building AI solutions for New Zealand businesses, she helps organisations bridge the gap between AI strategy and practical implementation.
Lian holds a Master of Technological Futures from AcademyEX, co-authored the Tikanga-Led Framework for Conversational AI Agents, and has developed AI tools used by real coaching and business clients.
Grounded in kaupapa Māori and Pacific values, she focuses on building capability rather than dependency, helping business owners and leaders confidently adopt AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and people-centred.
