Most of us are using AI in random ways we copied from somewhere, without really knowing what it is, why it works when it works, or whether we can trust it. This course closes that gap. No hype, no sales pitches, and no assumption that you arrive knowing anything.

You will leave understanding what AI actually is in plain language, with a working toolkit set up for your own business during the day, and a simple baseline so you can prove to yourself whether it is helping. This is not a tour of tools. It is a full day working on your business, with whichever AI tools you actually have.

What you'll learn:

• What AI actually is. A plain language understanding you can explain to anyone, and that makes AI's strengths and failures make sense.

• Why it gets things wrong. Where errors come from, how to spot them, and how to work in a way that

  catches them.

• What is safe to share. A practical way to judge what you can and cannot put into AI tools, including client and customer information.

• A working setup for your own business. Built by you, on a real task from your own week, not a

  generic demo.

• Your baseline. A one page worksheet that tells you what a task costs you now, so you can prove

  whether AI actually improved it.

• Your own judgement. A simple framework for deciding where AI belongs in your business, and where the human stays, because the right answer is different for every business.
