What AI actually is. A plain language understanding you can explain to anyone, and that makes AI's strengths and failures make sense.
Why it gets things wrong. Where errors come from, how to spot them, and how to work in a way that
catches them.
What is safe to share. A practical way to judge what you can and cannot put into AI tools, including client and customer information.
A working setup for your own business. Built by you, on a real task from your own week, not a
generic demo.
Your baseline. A one page worksheet that tells you what a task costs you now, so you can prove
whether AI actually improved it.
Your own judgement. A simple framework for deciding where AI belongs in your business, and where the human stays, because the right answer is different for every business.
