For more than 15 years, she has worked with business owners and leaders exploring the human side of business - the values, perceptions, emotional patterns and assumptions that influence how we lead, decide, relate and create.
Her work is grounded in thoughtful enquiry rather than formulas: What is actually driving this? What else might be true? What genuinely matters to me? And am I making choices consciously?
