Mangawhai Players support the performing arts-related talents, aspirations of community members in Mangawhai and its neighbouring and other like-minded communities.
The Players formed a theatre group under the direction of Mangawhai local Susan Dugdale during 2019 with the aim of producing a stage play version of Under Milk Wood a radio play by Dylan Thomas. It was very successful.
