Hi,
I'm Megs. I'm a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Certified Health Coach. I'm passionate about feeling good and helping others do the same.
As a mum to 3 boys, my health journey really began when I had 3 babies in space of 16 months, and includes twins. In the depths of motherhood, meditation was the key to feeling like my whole self again and finding the calm within the chaos.
I'm an advocate for women and mums feeling amazing. But was does feeling amazing feel like? As a certified health coach and yoga and meditation teacher, I know that feeling good starts on the inside.
I'm passionate about sharing yoga, meditation and mindfulness through local events as well as connecting and supporting women through sound baths, women's circles and journaling workshops. I love to help women and mums connect to their 10/10 versions of themselves and find the stillness and hidden space within.
