Who we are
Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect - North East Metro is a warm and welcoming space for families, carers, supporters and kin of people challenged by mental health and/or alcohol and other drug use.
The establishment of the service, as one of eight “Connect centres” across Victoria, was one of the key recommendations in the Victorian Mental Health Royal Commission.
Mental Health & Wellbeing Connect - North East Metro has been co-designed by people with a lived/living experience of being family members and carers of people with mental health and substance use concerns. We work closely with people across the community to ensure families/carers’ needs are understood and supported.
Our service is funded by the Department of Health.
