Pei-Jiun Cheah is an experienced physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor who specialises in movement, dance, and the balance between flexibility and stability. She is a mentor for Pilates instructors in training, with a passion for helping others achieve their best through a holistic approach that integrates mind and body. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and extensive training in Pilates for rehabilitation and meditation, Pei-Jiun brings her personal experience as an active athlete and dancer to her work. She loves sharing knowledge with young people and inspiring them to care for their physical and mental health.
